Vivad se vishwas scheme is to benefied those persons whose income tax appeals has been pending till 31 Jan 2020. They can apply and take benefit to pay only disputed tax under this scheme. Vivad se vishwas scheme has been extended till 31th December, 2020 due to covid19 in India.
